Our Criminal Defence team has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of criminal cases from minor road traffic matters to murder.

We are equipped to deal with all matters at Police Stations, Magistrates' Courts, Youth Courts, Crown Courts, Court of Appeal and European Courts of Justice.

We specialise in all aspects of Prison Law, including Appeals against conviction and sentence, Categorisation and transfers, Recall to custody, Lifers and Adjudications, Tarrifs and Judicial Review,  gaining a reputation for dealing with matters quickly and effectively.

We attend interviews in relation to Benefit Fraud at Job Centres or offices of Social Security, and where possible negociate a disposal other than prosecution in Court. 

We pride ourselves in holding a Legal Aid franchise with audit record of "excellence" and  offer a FREE 24 houre advice and representation at the police station or any other location where police interviews may take place.

FREE advice on eligibility for Legal Aid will be prvided for all matters at Magistrates' Court. It maybe note worthy that those  under the age of 18 are automatically eligible for Legal Aid in most cases. Those over the of 18 maybe eligilbe but must satisfy the means test. We will be happy to offer FREE assistance and guidance in completion and submission of the necessary forms.

Where Legal Aid is not available and the case has to be privately funded, we offer a £50 (incl VAT) fixed rate for the initial appointment, and also extremely competitive fixed rate for any representaion at Court.
